    Sarah Young is the founder of Zing Collaborative, a leadership development company that works with organizations, teams, and individuals to create Expansive Impact. Sarah is also the author of Expansive Impact: An Invitation to Lead in Everyday Moments.

Sarah is a former corporate leader, a two-time Ironman finisher, and a certified professional coach through both the International Coach Federation and the Co-Active Training Institute.     As Chief People Officer at Flare, David Hanrahan leads the global people & workplace team. He plays a key role in leading organizational culture initiatives. David’s career has spanned more than 20 years building strong HR teams and fostering a collaborative culture across global organizations including Eventbrite, Niantic, Zendesk, Twitter, Electronic Arts and Universal Pictures.

    Jessica is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a demonstrated history of working in manufacturing spaces in several industries. She has a strategic and creative approach to Human Resources that results in strong partnerships with business leaders, as well as innovative solutions for dynamic teams and industries. She has demonstrated success in areas such as organizational development & design, talent & personnel strategy, executive coaching, large scale change management & restructuring, employment law & labor relations, leadership development, and progressive cultural transformations. Jessica has led change across complex organizations in addition to creating programs to enhance the employee/employer experience for growth and development. She strongly believes in authentic leadership and lifelong learning, as well as being passionate about how to increase the efficiency and efficacy of the role HR plays in a digital and global society.

    Jessica is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fermented Food Holdings, Inc. (FFH) having recently the organization in July of 2023. She began her career working in Student Services, Scholarship, and Communications after completing her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Minnesota. After spending close to a decade working in academia, she decided to pursue a MBA from the Daniels School of Business at Purdue University before beginning her HR career at GE Healthcare in the Greater Milwaukee Area in Wisconsin. Since then she has provided HR expertise and leadership in various roles at organizations such as Thermo Fisher Scientific and Plastic Ingenuity, both located in Madison, WI.

    Niko Skievaski is an entrepreneur, father, and cyclist living in Boulder, CO. He recently left Redox after co-founding it in 2014. Redox is a fully remote healthcare data company with 280 talented people tackling tough problems. They’ve raised $95M in outside investment. He’s also the co-host of the People Everywhere Podcast that focuses on building great cultures in remote settings.
