Free Staffing Planner

When my boss asked me if my team could take on 23 additional searches beyond the original headcount plan. 

When my peers said my team’s response time was dipping, but I couldn’t get additional headcount approved.

When I had 3 tenured teammates leave & 5 junior teammates join mid-year, forcing us to redefine who was working on what.

When my boss left, and I had to build a relationship with an executive from another department who inherited my team.

 

Me, wondering - “I’m sure there’s some MBA program that developed a simple staffing planner where I can visualize & track who on my team is working on what, and their current capacity, right?”

Me, Googling and finding nothing – 😐

(Also me, thinking someone in business school should build this…)


So I built one & decided to share it.
